my local server is Oceania and i find that when players from other regions come onto the server is when i have issues. it gets worse when they are in squads, they just don't take any damage and some lag real bad. i can't really play on other serve...

i have had this problem for a couple of months now. sometimes it's not just the sniper rifle but all my guns. blue crosses, can't seem to do any damage. i find it's when players from other countries play on my local server. (Oceania)
